The program combines a guided meditation for you to listen to daily, dream interpretation and weekly Zoom meetings to discuss your progress.

Your dreams will not only identify the wounds you need to heal, but also show how you're progressing through the program.

For most people, the program takes six weeks, but if you need more time, it will continue until you’re finished at no additional cost.

The meditation will be an MP4 recording, approximately thirty minutes in length and contain gentle music.

It's initially recommended to listen to the meditation at least once daily for a few weeks. Some have benefited more from listening to it for a month. Thereafter, your custom meditation can be listened to anytime, as often as you would like.

Your dreams are also a great indicator of how the meditation affects you.
